Bioactive glass powder has been successfully used in medicine for decades, such as for bone repair. The finely ground bioactive glass powder is increasingly used in cosmetics today.
The mineral calcium contained in the bioactive glass powder is released upon contact with water, binding and strengthening the nail. The included fiberglass fibers and bioactive glass powder help make the UV gel very resistant. The fiberglass fibers repair small unevenness and ridges in the natural nail, creating a stable base and perfect adhesion.
